Wedding Services
Basic Ceremony Only Session........................................................................................................................................ $699
For the Bride & Groom on a tight budget we offer the option of having our professional photographers handle your ceremony (up to 4 hours) with the same skill and talent applied to all our other bookings, but we'll leave the reception coverage up to the amateur shutterbugs among your guests. Digital photography only, all images available in color, black & white, or antique sepia prints. Includes basic, traditional wedding portrait sessions at the church following the ceremony.
Includes: Coverage of both the ceremony & reception. Approximately 8 hours, about 700 images on average, shot digitally in the 35mm aspect ratio (standard rectangular ratio). Because we shoot digitally, each and every image is available in your choice of full, vibrant color, rich, deep black and white, antiqued sepia tones, even in combinations! Also, thanks to the miracles of modern digital photography, we can easily fix most problems in your pictures, such as closed eyes or funny expressions. Our photographer will arrive at the church (or other ceremony location) in general before you do, and will capture your arrival through to your grand exit after the ceremony. If the bride is dressing in the church the photographer will capture this as well. Then the photographer will meet you at the reception, at the appointed time, and photograph all the traditional events such as the bouquet toss, the Bride's dance with her Father, and so on, as well as capturing candid images of the partygoers.

All weddings are a little bit crazy, and often there is more than one interesting thing going on at a time, or when there is a strong center stage (like the I Do's) then there is usually more then just one interesting angle to it. This session is the solution to this problem, because we bring along a second photographer! A second photographer can focus a little more on details and things that might have gone undocumented if only one photographer is shooting. This frees us up to make a more artistic, less strictly structured documentation of your special day. We also increase our coverage of the reception, staying until the party winds down, or about four hours (instead of two).

For the ultimate possible coverage of your most special day choose our Ultimate Wedding Documentary coverage. Much more than just photography, our Ultimate Wedding Documentary service combines in studio and on location photography and videography to produce a final product that is beyond comparison. Not only will you recieve full photographic services for your dream wedding album, but you'll also have your own video documentary produced about the Bride & Groom as a couple, as individuals, and about your big day. If you've ever seen the TV series "A Wedding Story" then you have an idea what this video will be like, although our production quality is actually much higher.
Before producing your Ultimate Wedding Documentary, we'll sit down either with the Bride & Groom, their parents, and/or the wedding coordinator to discuss the wedding plan so we can custom tailor a documentary that provides maximum coverage for your special day, AND all the work, heart, and soul that goes into making it happen. Here's a really neat thing... Ever noticed how people tend to get all dressed up to have their pictures taken? Funny, they tend to do that to go to a wedding too! Not only that, but everybody's together in one place at one time. So here's what we do (with your blessing only, of course). Choosing an out of the way spot at the reception location, we set up our portable photo studio, complete with professional lighting, backdrops, and cameras, and one of our photographers will shoot portraits of the guests either individually, or as small groups, for a nominal sitting fee of $10 per sitting (which they pay, not you). Sittings consist of up to three shots of any individual or group. They may then order prints at the same prices as you do. And here's the best part... their print purchases count toward your print quantities. That means that when your relatives order prints of their family, or themselves, or each other, YOU SAVE! If the Bride chooses to dress before the ceremony at her home, or if you are having an in-between party for selected guests before the reception, or if (for example) the groom & his buddies are golfing before the ceremony, we can be there to document it for this small additional fee (time permitting).
Bridal & Engagement Portraits:
Bridal & engagement portraits are included with any Premiere or Ultimate wedding booking at no additional charge. For couples wishing to add engagement or bridal portrait sessions to any other wedding session only to have engagement portraits done without a wedding booking purchase, sessions will be charged as listed below under Basic Portraiture or Location Portraiture, depending on the type of session you prefer.
Notices
Mileage & Expenses:
When any significant travel or other expenses are incurred, clients will be billed for said expenses at a reimbursement rate (client pays expenses at cost). Mileage will be charged at $.60 (60 cents) per mile for gas, oil, & vehicle wear.
Copyrights:
All images are copyrighted by the studio, and specifically it's owner Edward Lynn, and may not be duplicated without express written permission. No permission to copy images is included in ANY package, and exclusive rights to produce prints is reserved by the studio. Any attempt to reproduce copyrighted images, including images from proof prints, without the express written permission of the copyright owner by any company or individual is a violation of federal law. Please note that all images will be embossed with the studio logo, name, or both.
If the client intends to publish the images created by the studio in any way a copyright release must be obtained from the studio, typically at additional charge. These charges will be dependant entirely upon the intended usage of the image, it's subject matter, and the expected circulation of the publication. Please contact the studio with a description of your intended usage of a copyrighted image before purchasing the image, or session, for a price quote.
